Silver fever ships only pre paid orders. To provide our clients with most security, Silver fever works with PayPal express checkout or credit card payment via pay pal. Both of these provide an extra security to our Customer – Pay Pal provides safe and secure process of your payment. In addition, Pay Pal provides an extra insurance that your merchandise will be delivered and will be as described.
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent prices displayed on the item’s product detail page, less any promotional discount code that you may have applied. Please note this price may differ from the prices shown for the items when you first placed them in your Shopping Cart. Placing an item in your Shopping Cart does not necessarily reserve the price shown at that time; most Silver Fever discount offers are for a limited time only, and have stated expiration dates. Accordingly, it is possible that an item’s price may change between the time you place it in your Shopping Cart and the time you complete your Checkout. In addition, prices are subject to availability of the product at the time of ordering.
While Silver fever strives to provide accurate pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Silver Fever cannot confirm the price of an item until after you order. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to an error in pricing, Silver fever shall have the right, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. We will notify you of such cancellation.
Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped Silver fever.
In the event that you make a purchase on eBags.com and the price of your item is reduced after your purchase, Silver Fever will honor a price adjustment for the difference between what you paid and the current price for a period of 10 days after the delivery of your item.

Due to manufacturer restrictions, as well as international and domestic regulations, we are not able to ship our products to all geographical locations and address types. Below are some general guidelines.
Silver fever may choose to add to, subtract from or otherwise alter these shipping restrictions at any time. Shipping may be available for a wider range of countries in the future as well. Check back for any policy changes.
Silver fever ships worldwide. There are some restricted products that we are not able to ship outside of USA due to shipping companies restrictions.
Due to manufacturer schedule we usually take 4-5 business days to process and ship your order. You may always log into your account, and check order status on line, you will be able to see tracking information and company it was ship with.
Silver fever charges actual cost of shipping and item based on its weight and size. We also combine all items you purchased at the same time into 1 shipment and charge total applicable shipping cost for all items.
Silver fever is responsible for lost in transit items, and unless shipping company confirms that item was delivered, we will make sure that we reship or refund in case of the dispute.
We ship by USPS First Class, Ground Select or Priority Mail
At this time we do not offer Express delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused merchandise within 30 days. Upon receipt of your return, a prompt refund will be issued either to your original method of payment or a Silver Fever store credit, at your choosing.
If you choose store credit, full amount of original purchase will be emailed in form of the gift certificate to use at silver fever website.
If you opt for refund option, nominal fee of $4.95 per item will be deducted from the return credit.
