Silver Fever was founded with one mission in mind: provide a wide variety of fashion accessories at affordable prices. Arriving as a refugee from USSR with my husband & twins, I began work same month as a clerk for a jewelry company. I gain 13 years of knowledge & experience by moving up the ladder to manage local sales, production, operations & finally a nation-wide sales, attending college at night. I always wanted to create a company that would have a unique assortment of gifts and accessories at affordable prices, which to my surprise, was difficult to find. I had an idea, and my husband had the drive - and Silver Fever was born. We start sales on eBay, fairs & shows with “side table” inventory and a vision of our customer. Opening a storefront in Temecula was a major step in Silver Fever growth, the company was quickly discovered by locals and tourists who came back over and over. All had one thing to say: wide variety and great prices. That is our goal, and we believe it makes Silver Fever a destination for gifts and unique accessory pieces.
Silver Fever was started at Fairs and Trade shows, many of which took place at hospitals and retirement homes. It is important for us to provide service and affordable product to those who cannot go to the store. Till this day we visit hospitals like Sharp, retirement homes and other Fund raising events and donate up to 20 % of our proceeds to the cause. We are also involved with local schools sports teams, helping them achieve their dreams as we are reaching for ours.
In addition to our 2 stores and 4 web platforms our goal is to open 4 - 6 locations in the next few years, create more jobs and provide best possible prices. We plan to provide our team with necessary education to grow within the company, to teach sales team better sales techniques & increase employee loyalty to our company. We would create Mobil apps for our sites; We constantly working on software updates to modernize the way we run our business with real time inventory synchronization throughout the day. We invest in Google, Goggle Local and Social Media marketing to make it easier for our customers shop with us.
Silver Fever has a very strong team. Headquarters are run by highly motivated, skilled and energetic people, experienced buyer, great customer service, mobile technical support and knowledgeable inventory and shipping department. The result can be seen in our 109 K of positive customer comments. The 2 stores are ran by a manager who has over 12 years of customer service experience, she provides us with customers requests and keeps stores running smooth.
